Shaku Kōzen 釈興然 (1849-1924) was a Japanese Shingon monk  and nephew of [[Shaku Unshō|Shaku Unshō]] who traveled to both Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and India in the 1880s upon his request.<ref>Jaffe, Richard. 2019. P. 35.</ref>
