Shaku Unshō 釈雲照 (1827-1909) was a prominent Japanese Shingon monk who was known for his strict precept observance and his multiple Vinaya ordinations. He founded the Ten Good Precepts Society (Jūzenkai)[1] as well as was connected with many government officials. He traveled throughout South Asia seeking for "original" Buddhism.

He may have the teacher of the Chinese layman Gui Bohua.
